Different ways and methods can be used to help relieve stress as no one person is like the other, and different things work for different people. Exercise, deep breathing, journaling, yoga, and resting are some ways to relieve stress, but meditation, no doubt, comes at the top of the list.
Once only a spiritual practice used to reach a higher state of being, meditation is now becoming increasingly popular as a stress killer. Not only does it help deal with stress, but it also has a calming effect on those suffering from different illnesses and diseases. I have personally witnessed the power of meditation and how it helped me overcome all the anxiety and stresses in my life.
